The starting point
Innova is an internal platform for Compliance, Marketing, Support and Sales at Pro Gamers Group.
During my time at Pro Gamers Group, I was responsible for its end-to-end development, starting in November 2024.

The solution
I proposed and built Innova as a shared internal platform. Fifteen modules bring department-specific tools into one workspace with role-based access. My scope covered the interface, frontend, backend and database.

The work behind it
From interface to implementation: Next.js on the frontend, FastAPI on the backend, and SQL Server underneath. A consistent technical structure supports the platform as more modules are added.
