/ the problem
custom-fitted muzzles are expensive, and most shops in the space lack structure and reliability. after a test run as a side hustle the numbers spoke for themselves, so the whole thing is now being rebuilt properly.
/ what i did
seo-tuned the existing site so customer acquisition runs on two tracks that boost each other (backlinks, position grabbing, cross-linking). picked up a lot of ux design along the way to guide and shape buyer behaviour rather than fight it.

/ learnings & what i’d change
biggest lesson was knowing where to actively ask for help. through my position in the progamers group i went straight to the people who knew their craft. sat down with the finance team repeatedly to get my footing on tax, pricing, and ug-side topics i had no business guessing on. that habit of borrowing expertise on purpose is what lets me run snuband mostly in-house, without external money or paying premium rates for what are really pretty simple jobs.
